5M Self Care Saturdays

A 2hr soulful, soothing self care workshop experience where as a certified meditation & mindfulness teacher I teach participants how to use Music, Movement, Meditation, Mindfulness & Mantras to decrease their stress, anxiety, grief, depression, improve sleep and increase peace.

A $5 cover, family friendly, all ages welcome, engaging and interactive experience where each attendee leaves with a 5 part self care formula that they can immediately apply to their every day lives to move through the ups and downs of each day in an emotionally balanced and successful way.
