    Aaron is an experienced practitioner with certification in stretch & flexibility coach as well as a mindfulness & meditation teacher. He has trained in music therapy and holds a vast knowledge of wellness and holistic health. Aaron brings unique skills and perspectives that enrich the 5M program and enhance the support provided to our participants.
